All on line transactions are encrypted to protect your personal information and credit card numbers.
Returns/Exchanges:
Returns will be accepted within 14 days of the purchase date. Exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by the sales receipt and the following (where applicable): original product packaging, original product tags. All closeout sales are Final - no exceptions!
Shipping: Customer pays all shipping costs on purchases, exchanges, and returns.Poly and PVC Pipe cannot always be automatically calculated at checkout. We will contact you before processing your order if the order exceeds the maximum size allowed.Standard shipping is via USPS Priority Mail or Fed-Ex. Oversized products are shipped via Fed-Ex. International shippments will be shipped by either U.S.P.S. Air Mail or U.P.S. Ground (Canada & Mexico) or Air.^ Customers can request specific shipping methods (ie U.P.S. 2nd Day Air) at their expense (request at info@pioneermidwest.com).
A nominal handling charge will be added to all orders and will vary in price based on the size of the order and/or size/weight of the package. Shipping Rates in US dollars (US - email info@pioneermidwest.com for other rates)
